Alexandria Elliott completed her AS in Environmental Science at North Country Community College in May of 2017. While a student there she was also a recipient of the SUNY Chancellor Award for Student Excellence for her work as President of the Environmental Club.
Club, Treasurer of the Outing Club, and Vice President of the Newspaper Club. She is transferring to SUNY Plattsburgh in their Environmental Science program during the Fall 2017 semester. At Adirondack Research she completes reports on invasive species for the DEC that score each species on their ecological and economic impacts. In her spare time Alexandria can be found hiking, reading, skiing, and sitting around a campfire. She’s actively involved with grassroots campaigns targeted at taking location action against climate change including iMatter Youth, Climate Reality Project, and the Audubon Society.
