Mia grew up in Oxford, NY where she spent most of her time in the small woods behind her house. Her passion for nature led her to SUNY ESF in Syracuse, NY where she majored in Environmental Biology. Her sophomore year she moved to Saranac Lake during the summer of 2020. She has lived here ever since and has fallen in love with the people, recreation, and nature. In her free time, she can be found mountain biking, skiing, hiking, reading, or taking pictures with her camera. She is thrilled to be able to continue to live in Saranac Lake and play an integral role in the community working with ADK Research.
