As an environmental scientist, Thomas brings aquatic invasive species(AIS) botany, limnology, research, writing, and aquatic/terrestrial plant identification skills to the team. Thomas is originally from Hilton, NY, and first visited the Adirondacks as a kid where he developed an appreciation for the natural world and interest in invasive species. Thomas completed his degree in environmental science at Paul Smith's college in 2020. He has a passion for invasive species management which was displayed over the past years while working as a boat steward at boat launches throughout the Adirondack Park.
