Dr. Penelope Pooler
Penelope contributes immense statistical and experimental design expertise to the work at Adirondack Research. Penelope has 18 years of post-graduate education and professional experience in applied research, consulting, and teaching in academic, government, and corporate settings. She specializes in quantitative analysis of environmental and epidemiological data as well as research study and sampling design. She has degrees from Syracuse University, Oregon State University, and Virginia Tech. She works on varied projects across the U.S. with a passion to use information to improve the health of people and the environment. Penelope has contributed her statistical design and analysis skills to invasive species projects at Adirondack Research, including our Japanese knotweed and Phragmites post-treatment re-growth studies.
