Morgan Hillard

AIS Field Assistant

Morgan is currently studying at Paul Smith’s College majoring in Environmental Science and minoring in GIS (Geographic Information Systems). She has an endless curiosity about the natural world, how everything surrounding us connected, and the ways we can give back to our Earth just as it gives to us. Originally from Pennsylvania, Morgan now spends her time in the Adirondacks where she plans to make her home. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, kayaking, exploring new places, film photography, being artistic, and playing guitar. As a Pennsylvania Master Naturalist, she created, coordinated, and directed a service project called the Farm Forest Initiative, which planted riparian buffers along streams of farmland properties. It’s her dream to work outdoors in conservation and she’s very excited to work as Aquatic Invasive Species Field Assistant with Adirondack Research.
