Franklin Falls Dam — Invasive Species Control

Portfolio Description

Adirondack Research provided invasive plant control services at Franklin Falls Dam in New Hampshire for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. The project combined on-the-ground vegetation management with the coordination and documentation required for work at a federal flood-control facility.

Our field team carried out treatment activities within designated management areas, coordinating schedules and site access with agency personnel. Treatment work was organized around the agency’s management objectives and site requirements.

Chemical utilization records documented herbicide use and treatment activities. These records provide an administrative record of field implementation and support subsequent maintenance planning and contract reporting.

The project demonstrates Adirondack Research’s ability to coordinate field crews, implement vegetation control, and maintain clear treatment documentation for federal land managers.
