Adirondack Research conducted invasive plant management at Hopkinton and Everett Lakes in New Hampshire for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. Work across the two federal project areas required coordinated staffing, treatment schedules, and regular communication with agency personnel.
The team organized and implemented treatment work within designated management areas, adapting field logistics to the needs of each site. Coordination across both project areas supported consistent delivery and efficient use of field resources.
Site safety was incorporated into project preparation and implementation, including OSHA 30 training for the site lead. Crews coordinated field activities with agency personnel and incorporated applicable federal site requirements into daily operations.
By connecting field implementation with project coordination and safety planning, Adirondack Research supported invasive vegetation management at these federal flood-control and recreation properties.
